Challah Time!

We were so pleased to have Nancy demonstrate another one of her bakes for us, Nancy Lenoil's Bagel Recipe.

This time she had her husband. Robert assisting. Nancy's recipe can also be found in the new Challah Time Resources.

Nancy's notes: "I just have to include the picture of how we set up the camera over the stove to show the boiling of the bagels. It was truly a unique use of the music stand and a container of black pepper to hold the phone in place!
